Take advantage of the City of Wheaton’s electronic recycling and scrap metal drop-off event from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, Oct. 11, 2014. This will be a drive-through event at Commuter Parking Lot 9, which is located at the corner of Liberty Drive and Carlton Avenue.
